Products
IPR offers a full family of SHM devices targeted for different applications.
There are a number of different form factors available, each with a number of configuration options.
The product line is very modular in design and the devices are all built around a common low-power computing platform that utilizes a proprietary software stack.
Data transfer uses a set of standard methods including Wi-Fi and RF as well as USB and UART.
Similar packaging is used across the product line and consequently devices all use similar installation methods which greatly simplifies system build-out and maintenance.
IPR 110 Series
The IPR 110 series is a very small form factor SHM sensor weighing just 4 grams. It is available in both USB and UART configurations and is ideal for deployment in applications such as aerospace where low weight is a critical parameter.
IPR 110 - Miniature SHM with Direct-to-USB cable
IPR 111 - Miniature SHM with Generic Connector and UART
IPR 120 Series
The IPR 120 series is a small form factor SHM sensor that is optionally battery-powered. The 120 series is available with either a detachable or permanent base that is mounted to a frame or structure. The 120 series is available with USB, UART and wireless connectivity. The IPR 120 is intended for applications where the sensors are periodically collected from the field for data collection and/or battery replacement.
IPR 130
The IPR 130 contains 2 extra long life lithium batteries for extended autonomous operation up to 10 years. It is available in both USB and wireless configurations
IPR 140
The IPR 140 is a miniature crack detection sensor. Based on an innovative patented design, this device weighs 4 grams and attaches to airframes and infrastructure in a few minutes using a proprietary adhesive. The IPR 140 offers unparalleled cost-effectiveness for rapid early detection of structural cracks.
IPR 150
The IPR 150 series is a revolutionary new strain sensor that is the lowest cost solution on the market. The IPR 150 weighs only 4 grams and combines an accurate strain sensor with an integrated MCU to convert the analog strain measurement immediately to digital. The result is a sensor that is very accurate and is highly immune to noise and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Installation is fast and easy using IPR Sensing proprietary adhesive.
